Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using Could I Extend (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3.1. You must create an account to use the Service. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
3.2. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately.
3.3. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4.1. You retain ownership of any floorplans, images, or designs you upload to or create within the Service (“Your Content”).
4.2. By uploading or creating content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you — including transmitting it to our AI processing partners for analysis. This licence ends when you delete Your Content or your account.
4.3. You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit. You must not upload content that infringes any third party’s intellectual property rights.
5.1. The Service uses artificial intelligence (provided by third-party AI services) to analyse floorplans and generate extension proposals, cost estimates, and feasibility assessments.
5.2. AI-generated outputs are estimates only. They are not professional advice and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any property, construction, planning, or financial decision.

8.1. The Service is currently offered free of charge during our launch period.
8.2. We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, we will give you reasonable notice and you will not be charged without your explicit agreement. Any paid features will be subject to separate pricing terms communicated to you at the time.
9.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Floorplans Ltd shall not be liable for:

10.1. The Service (excluding Your Content) — including its design, software, algorithms, branding, and documentation — is owned by AI Floorplans Ltd and is protected by UK intellectual property law.
10.2. AI-generated proposals are produced using your input and our technology. You may use them for your personal property planning purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit AI-generated outputs without our written permission.
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
12.1. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12.2. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.
12.3. On termination, your licence to use the Service ends immediately. Sections 5 (Disclaimers), 9 (Limitation of Liability), and 10 (IP) survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
14.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
